Performance
There is only one engine option on the 2019 Lincoln Navigator, and it is a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter engine that produces 450 horsepower and 510 pound-feet of torque. Where the Navigator can diversify is through its six drive modes which dynamically alter your ride at the twist of a knob.
The drive modes are as follows:
- Conserve
- Slippery
- Excite
- Deep Conditions
- Normal
- Snow Climb
The 2019 Lincoln Navigator augments its performance capabilities through several key design implementations. Installing the available adaptive suspension supports and controls the vertical motion of the wheels during driving scenarios that involve a lot of uneven surfaces or potholes. Additionally, the Navigator's all-aluminum body reduces the SUV's weight while still maintaining its strength and durability. The reduced weight enhances its power output and makes its handling more athletic, which improves the quality of the overall drive.
Of course, there is also the available four-wheel drive train, which takes the Navigator's off-road capabilities to the next level. You can also add Hill Descent Control technology and tow hooks to take your off-road adventures places you've only dreamed of.

Technology
In terms of technology, the Lincoln Navigator is loaded. Its SYNC 3 infotainment system is centered by its ten-inch touchscreen which sits in the middle of the dashboard. It's compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto which sounds better than ever through the 14-speaker audio system by Revel. You'll have six fast-charging USB ports, a wi-fi hotspot, and satellite radio as standard features as well.
Safety
The Navigator's safety features are headlined by a rearview camera, front and rear parking sensors, rear cross traffic alert, blind spot monitoring, and MyKey. You can also add on several advanced safety features including emergency brake assist, adaptive cruise control, and a 360-degree camera.
Size
The Lincoln Navigator sits either seven or eight people depending on whether you elect to install captain's chairs in the back row. Opting for the bench gets you eight, while the captain's chairs fit seven, albeit with much more comfortable seating.
As far as cargo space goes, you'll get more with the Lincoln Navigator than you will with most of its competitors. Behind the third row, there are 19.3 cubic feet of spae, which becomes 63.6 cubic feet when you fold it down. Folding down the second row unlocks a whopping 103.3 cubic feet, giving you the kind of cargo capacity to take whatever you want on your next road trip.
Trim Levels
The Lincoln Navigator comes in four different trim levels.
- Lincoln Navigator Base: Standard features include the SYNC 3 infotainment system, MyKey, blind spot monitoring, a rearview camera, front and rear parking sensors.
- Lincoln Navigator Select: The Select includes everything on the Base but adds features such as a 360-degree camera, a heated steering wheel, wireless device charging, and an adaptive suspension.
- Lincoln Navigator Reserve: The Reserve includes everything that the previous two trim levels come with but adds a panoramic sunroof, four-wheel drive, ventilated front seats, and 24-way power adjustable front seats.
- Lincoln Navigator Black Label: The Black Label is the ultimate Lincoln Navigator experience and stands out for its unique interior and exterior styling, but also adds features such as adaptive cruise control, parallel and perpendicular park assist, collision mitigation, lane departure warning, and a head-up display.
